Moments Before
We photograph alot of weddings and are continually honored to have such a special day entrusted to us. Each is unique and has special memories for us, but my favorite moments are always those quiet, contemplative moments before the ceremony, when the madness of the ceremony and reception are ahead and hold in them all the promise of two people in love. I love those moments of introspection. Amanda and Jon wanted to exchange love letters and pray together before the ceremony. The trick was, Jon was not allowed to see his beautiful bride, Amanda. We tested his resolve by having them sit back to back on a setee. It is one of my favorite moments from a wedding day filled with tons of them.
end
I was born, as many of us were, a very young child. The hospital was in Connecticut , and so were my parents, which made it convenient. Until the age of 7, I grew up in a small Massachusetts town called Middleboro. I had a better than average childhood with very little money. I spent days playing with my friends, picking berries, and generally finding mischief wherever I could. Only once were the police involved.
I met Evelyn at a time when my life was at a crossroads. Her love saved my life and gave me hope.
